Sending e-mails via Kicktipp

On Kicktipp, you have more than your own betting community, you also have your very own e-mailing system.

In developing it, we had two goals: to ensure easy communication while providing you with maximum data protection.

On this site, you will find the following contents:

Each player has his own e-mail address

Each player automatically has his own e-mail address at Kicktipp, which is generated from the player''s name and his community''s shortcut:

playername.shortcut@kicktipp.de

Example: The player "Janning" in the community with the shortcut "demo" is assigned the e-mail address janning.demo@kicktipp.de. However, only players from the same community can send e-mails to this address!

Each betting community has its own mailing list

Each betting community is automatically provided with its own mailing list allowing all players to be addressed with one mail. The mailing list''s e-mail address is generated from the community''s shortcut:

shortcut@kicktipp.de

Example: The betting community with the shortcut "demo" is assigned the e-mail address demo@kicktipp.de . But only players from the same community may send e-mails to this address!

Sending E-Mails

The e-mail addresses can be used the same way as all other e-mail addresses. Open your mailing programme and enter the desired e-mail address as the recipient. The e-mails will be automatically redirected to the recipient''s real e-mail address.

Protection from unwanted mail

E-Mails sent to your Kicktipp address by authorised persons are redirected to the real e-mail address registered here.

But don''t worry: this doesn''t mean that everyone can send to this e-mail address.

Of course not everyone can send to the automatically generated e-mail addresses on Kicktipp. Only the closed circle of the betting community has this authority.

A redirection to your real e-mail address only occurs when the following conditions apply:

It is required that the sender is registered in the same betting community as the recipient, and that his sender address is registered in his profile.
Only verified sender addresses may send e-mails (e-mail activation)
The E-Mail Function must be activated in the betting community. Otherwise, only the administrator may write to the individual players. Additionally, all players may always write an e-mail to the administrator.

Your real e-mail will stay hidden for all

To provide additional protection, we change your real sender e-mail so that the recipient will only see your personal Kicktipp e-mail address . So you can use your e-mail address without having to worry, even in large betting communities with lots of unknown players, safe in the knowledge that it will not be abused.
